Tell us what you tried and what happened. For a failed creation or pending cleanup, include its creation ID or cleanup request ID if available. Do not send passwords, access tokens, identity documents or private photos.
Video and GIF
Open a template to watch its example before choosing your photo. MP4 keeps the video’s sound. A GIF has no audio. Playbacks can be muted, so check the sound control and your device volume.
A creation is still processing
Return to My creations to check its status. An interrupted connection does not prove that generation failed. Check the existing creation before submitting the same photo again.
Purchases and plans
Use Restore purchases in the app’s plans page. If a purchase is waiting for delivery, use Retry pending delivery. Manage subscriptions with Apple. Request an Apple refund.
